Boiler Tubes are metal tubes located inside of boilers that heat water in order to produce steam. There are two major types of tube boilers: water-tube boilers and fire-tube boilers. In water-tube boilers, water circulates inside the tubes and is heated externally by hot gases generated by the furnace.

Bearings are crucial in providing both rotation and linear movement within devices in a way that limits friction and evenly disperses the amount of stress placed on the system that could, in other circumstances, cause some catastrophic system failure.

 

The seals, meanwhile, both maintain the lubricant needed for the bearing to function properly while also preventing contamination in the form of harmful particles entering the system.

A pyrometer is a device that is used to measure relatively high temperatures. Pyrometer works on the principle of radiation or heat from the object’s body to measure the temperature, that’s why it has the advantage to measure the temperature without being touch the material being measured.

A modern definition would be like, a pyrometer is a non-contacting device to measure the thermal radiation from the object to measure the surface temperature. As an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) we model this too your specifications.
